N. K. Prasad is the President & CEO of CAMS.
Prasad has been with CAMS for last the 13 years and took charge as President and CEO in April 2010. CAMS is India’s MF RTA servicing 61% of the industry’s assets.
Prasad’s focus on technology led innovations and continuous improvement to enrich investor and distributor services is evidenced in several new initiatives launched by CAMS. Under Prasad’s leadership CAMS group secured licenses to serve as KYC registration Agency (CAMSKRA) and insurance repository (CAMSRep).
Prior to CAMS he has worked with Hindustan Unilever group for nearly twenty years.
He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi and a post graduate in Business management (PGDM) from IIM Kolkata.
