Prabal Nag has done his graduation and History (Hons) from Delhi University. Even though he pursued law, after finishing his legal studies, he opted for a career in management and did his MBA from The University of Connecticut, USA where he was on a University Scholarship. He started his career in Mumbai with JM Financial Mutual Fund where he headed the Sales & Marketing function.

Thereafter, he joined JP Morgan Asset Management India as Head - Sales & Marketing. He has been with CAMS since October 2009 spearheading its Business Development initiatives.

He is an avid reader, plays tennis and table tennis and is associated with several charitable initiatives.
